The Yukon River flows through the city of Whitehorse, Yukon, on its way to the Bering Sea many hundreds of miles away. Its water is crystal clear and fast-moving. This quick sketch was made while I took an early morning walk along the shoreline of the river and marvelled at the beauty of the landscape.

La rivière Yukon passe à travers de la ville de Whitehorse, Yukon, dans son voyage à la mer Bering, plusieurs centaines de milles plus loin. Ses eaux sont très claires et coulent très vites. Cette esquisse a été créé pendant que j'ai pris une marche matinale sur la bord de la rivière en regardant la beauté de la paysage.
