The snowshoveller's snowflake / Le flocon de neige du pelleteur

The forecasters predict that Ottawa-Gatineau will be receiving 30 to 40 cm of snow over the next 24 hours with winds of 50 kph and a -23C windchill. It will certainly be a challenge to shovel all of this snow (and to find somewhere to put it, given that the snowbanks are already fairly high). With nothing to do until the snow arrives, I began to sketch an appropriate snowflake for this weather - the snowshoveller's snowflake.
