Carp Fair horse show / Le spectacle de chevaux à la Foire de Carp

The Carp Fair (located west of Ottawa) was held last weekend while the weather was in the 30 C range. For a fall country fair, that was very hot (and with the humidex, the temperature was soaring to 39 C). Despite the heat, the fair was a great success. Plenty of people attended and there were a lot of things to see, including the horse show which I sketched. There were also other exhibits, games and rides for the young at heart.

La Foire de Carp (situé à l'ouest d'Ottawa) a eu lieu la fin de semaine dernière alors que le temps était dans la gamme de 30 C. Pour une foire de l'automne, c'était très chaud (et avec l'humidex, la température montait à 39 C). Malgré la chaleur, la foire a été un grand succès. Beaucoup de gens ont assisté et il y avait beaucoup de choses à voir, y compris le spectacle de chevaux que j'ai esquissé. Il y avait aussi d'autres expositions, des jeux et des manèges pour les jeunes de cœur.
